If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use or access the Service.

2.1 Core Functionality
FlowProof is designed to streamline and automate email QA within Slack. Its features include:
- AI-Powered Reviews: Automated checks for spelling, grammar, accessibility, and link validity.
- Shareable Previews: Generating visual previews of submitted emails (e.g., PNG).
- Slack Collaboration: Thread-based discussions within designated Slack channels.
2.2 Service Data Processing
In providing the Service, we process:
- HTML email content and structure for analysis.
- Basic metadata (timestamps, error logs) to detect spam or errors.
- Slack workspace details required to post analysis results.
- Usage metrics to improve Service functionality.
2.3 Third-Party Providers
To deliver these features, we use reputable third-party services for:
- Secure data handling and storage
- Email processing and spam detection
- Application hosting, performance monitoring, and preview generation
3. Beta Access (If Applicable)
FlowProof may be released under a Beta or limited-access program:

- Downtime: The Service may experience occasional outages or maintenance.
- No Additional Warranties: Beta access is provided on an “as-is” basis.
4. Use of Service
4.1 Platform Requirements
To use FlowProof, you must:
- Have a valid Slack workspace.
- Authorize FlowProof in your Slack workspace with necessary permissions.
- Use the unique FlowProof-generated email addresses to submit your email proofs.
4.2 Slack Integration
When you install FlowProof, you authorize us to:
- Post analysis results to specific Slack channels.
- Maintain thread-based collaborations for email proof reviews.
- Handle email routing using slash commands (e.g., /flowproof add).
4.3 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use FlowProof for any illegal activities.
- Share FlowProof-generated email addresses with unauthorized entities.
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
- Attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt the Service.
- Resell or sublicense FlowProof without explicit written permission.
5. Fees and Payment
If a fee or subscription model applies to FlowProof:
- You agree to pay all relevant charges as specified in a separate agreement or arrangement with us.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- We reserve the right to modify or introduce fees with reasonable notice, as per the terms of your separate agreement.
6. Data Handling and Privacy
6.1 Data Collection
We collect:
- Email content and HTML structure you submit
- AI analysis results (spelling, grammar, and accessibility checks)
- Slack workspace metadata (channel IDs, workspace IDs)
- Aggregate usage metrics to enhance the Service

- Email content and proof data
- Slack tokens necessary to post in your designated channels
- Internal logs and technical data essential to service improvements

7. AI Technology

FlowProof’s AI-driven analysis covers:

You acknowledge:
- AI results may have inaccuracies or gaps.
- FlowProof makes no guarantee of marketing success or deliverability.
- Temporary downtime or feature unavailability may occur during maintenance.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Service Ownership
- FlowProof and its underlying software are owned by Modular Marketing, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
- AI-generated analysis or reports remain our proprietary content.
- You retain ownership of the original email content you submit.
8.2 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide become our property for use without obligation or compensation.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- MODULAR MARKETING, LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Modular Marketing, LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of:
- Your use or misuse of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any claim or dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any lawsuits or disputes must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FlowProof at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any lawful reason. Upon termination:
- Your license to use FlowProof ends immediately.
- We may delete or retain your data according to our policies and legal obligations.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. If changes are substantial, we will notify you via Slack or email. Your continued use after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Modular Marketing, LLC regarding FlowProof, superseding any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
