• Slack Channel Configurations: Details about the Slack channels you invite FlowProof into (channel IDs, Slack workspace IDs, etc.) to post and thread email review results.

We also collect Technical Data to facilitate and improve the Service:

• Slack Workspace OAuth Tokens for authorized posting in designated channels.
• System Logs and Performance Metrics to track errors, ensure stability, and monitor usage.
• Basic Metadata (e.g., timestamps, email routing data) for troubleshooting and analytics.

2.3 What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store:

• Personal identifying information (PII) from your marketing lists or recipients.
• Financial information, credit card details, or payment data.
• Sensitive information from Slack channels that FlowProof is not invited to.
• Full marketing campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.).

• Unique Email Addresses per Slack channel for proof submissions.

• Role-Based Access Controls to limit who within our organization can access your data.

To operate FlowProof efficiently, we rely on certain third-party services. These providers help us:

• Process incoming emails

We select providers committed to data security. However, each third-party service has its own data handling policies, for which we are not responsible. We encourage you to review their respective privacy practices as well.

8. Slack Channel Data

FlowProof only accesses the Slack channels you explicitly invite us into:

• We require channel access via /invite @FlowProof.
• We do not read or store content from channels in which FlowProof is not an active participant.
• Any threads or messages posted by FlowProof in Slack remain subject to your workspace’s retention settings.

9. International Data Transfers

If you access FlowProof from outside the United States, your data may be transferred and processed in the United States or in other jurisdictions where our third-party service providers operate. By using FlowProof, you consent to these transfers and acknowledge that privacy laws in these regions may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
